Catherine Lavender

Catherine joined Midwinter as a Senior Business Development Manager in 2025.  With over 24 years’ experience in the financial industry, her previous roles have spanned superannuation and investment platforms, managed accounts, investment management, personal insurance, and corporate superannuation.

A strong believer in the value of financial advice, Catherine has held distribution roles within large AFSLs giving her a keen insight into the products and services that make the greatest difference to financial advisers. She has worked with a variety of market-leading solutions and specialises in helping advisers to optimise their business and enhance their services to provide greater value to their clients.
