- Full access and training during free month trial – All new eligible users* of Midwinter’s Reasonable Basis software will receive a month free full access to trial the software. During the trial period all new users are booked in for one-on-one online remote MidwinterAssist training.
- Free ongoing training & support via Midwinter’s Help Desk – Midwinter provides all users of Midwinter’s Reasonable Basis software with free and ongoing training and support. Midwinter’s Help Desk 1300 882 938 is available Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 7:00pm AEST or via our website www.midwinter.com.au and by email at info@midwinter.com.au.
- MidwinterAssist online remote training – MidwinterAssist allows our support staff to quickly understand any particular issue faced by the user.
- Reasonable Basis online video training playbacks – Available directly from the Reasonable Basis desktop, these comprehensive training playbacks are separated into software, technical and compliance training modules.
- Live webinar training sessions – An expert will guide you through different aspects of Midwinter’s Reasonable Basis. Sessions are interactive where you can ask questions and hear questions and comments from other participants.
- Midwinter’s Technical Basis – Midwinter’s Technical Basis team release a monthly financial planning strategy and technical newsletter, Technical Basis, to all users of Reasonable Basis.
- Midwinter’s National Adviser Roadshows – Midwinter run regular National Adviser Roadshows for all subscribers to Midwinter’s Reasonable Basis.
*Eligible users include financial advisers, accountants and authorised representatives. Outsourced paraplanners, fund manager staff, platform staff and anyone else not authorised by Midwinter are not eligible for Midwinter’s Reasonable Basis.
