Product Overview
Midwinter’s Client Manager is a completely web based CRM that provides financial services licensees and advisers with the processes and automation required to control and grow your business.
Client Manager is integrated around a central client relationship management system (CRM) – providing a standard operational platform for all advisers, and simplifying the monitoring processes for financial services licensees. Client Manager is flexible; you remain in full control of everything from your data through to your own look and feel.
Client Relationship Management
A simple but comprehensive client relation ship management (CRM) system is vital to any financial planning practice. Midwinter’s Client Manager enables financial advisers to achieve the following:

Portfolio Management
Client Manager’s Portfolio Management tool supersedes existing financial planning software in terms of the standard of data feeds, portfolio management, and reporting. Client Manager’s Portfolio Management tool enables financial advisers the following capabilities:

- Managed Investments (Morningstar)
- Equities (Aspect Huntley)
- Announcements
Client Access
Through Client Manager, the financial planning practice’s clients are able to view their financial position including existing portfolios, income and expenses and assets and liabilities. They are also able to update personal details through Client Access including alterations to their Fact Find. Client Access is free for all clients of financial planning practices utilising Midwinter’s Client Manager.
Practice Management
Financial advisers will be able to enhance the operational efficiency of their practices dramatically with Client Manager’s Practice Management system. Through Practice Management financial advisers will be able to control the following:

AFSL Dealer Management
Dealer Groups will be able to control, assist, train and monitor financial advisers within their dealer group through the AFSL Dealer Management tool in Client Manager. This will only be made available to Dealer Groups who have significant numbers of financial advisers using Midwinter’s Client Manager. Through Client Manager, Dealer Groups will be able to have complete control of the following:
